My birthday was 9 days ago, but I still remember it.
On my birthday Sascha, Elliot and I woke up early to do a treasure hunt Daddy had prepared for me the night before when we had gone to sleep and so we all hopped out of bed and got dressed, then Mama and daddy gave me a birthday card, which I really love.      

On the birthday card awaited our first clue. The clue was: a shell, a paste, a seed, I shall, a taste, I need. So all of us ran out of our room and put our shoes on and then, because we thought it meant something where the kitchen and the tables are, we went there. When we got over there we looked everywhere, then I thought of the  box of tamarind and I thought maybe the shell would be the shell of the tamarind and the paste would be the paste that you eat of the tamarind and so on, so I looked in the box and found it.
The rest of the treasure hunt, we did easily, and after the treasure hunt we played (us kids) a bit and then Daddy and I went in Mr Vej’s pick up truck to go hire some motorscooters, so Mr Vej dropped us off to hire the scooters.

Daddy got one motorscooter  while we were there and said that he wanted another one later in the day and he said that he would come and pick it up later. So Daddy drove us home which was super fun because it was the first time for me on a motorcycle.

Once we got back home, I told Sascha and Elliot how cool it was being on a motorcycle for the first time which made them really want to go on one even more. After a bit of lazy resting and a bit more playing until Daddy said that he and Mama would be going to get the next bike and to refuel them because the scooter was low on fuel. They said they would take about an hour, but that was fine by us because we would get to play a lot. 

When they came back, Mama had a bit of practice on one of the motorscooters. After Mama had practiced enough we went out to a very nice restaurant with lots of fountains and little lakes.

We had a nice time there and then went to Tescos where Mama and Daddy got me a Lego set, then, it was very late in the afternoon (because we had a late lunch).
Afterwards we went to another very nice restaurant which was nice in a different way. 

After we had had spent some time there , because Mama had said that I could get two more Lego sets because they were so small, so we went to Tescos again and got the other Lego sets (I have to admit, was a bit greedy of me).

Then we went home and saw that the barbeque was there (the barbeque that Mr Vej had offered to us and Mama said yes). 

When we got back I played a lot with my brothers until the dinner was truly ready. We ate up dinner very quickly, I really enjoyed the barbeque because it was right under the stars. And then, after dinner was done with, the cake came which was the quickliest cake gobbled up I’ve ever seen, it was gone in about 20 seconds… and that was pretty much the end of my birthday,  because we all went to bed and fell asleep,  but I do not know about the adults, they were probably celebrating my birthday in a different way, like drinking wine.
